“Life was easier when you stopped caring, when you stopped expecting things to get better.”
Cora Carmack, Finding It

There’s so much stress an individual can take before they explode.  Life can wear on you, your job, personal expectations, climatic events such as a death, a move, betrayal…all of it adds up and you wonder, really wonder, if pushing through it all is worth it…but then you think:

“There are often great lessons to be learned at the roots of stress, drama, and heartache. Don’t let the magnitude of the circumstance blind you to the value of the lesson.”
Steve Maraboli, Unapologetically You: Reflections on Life and the Human Experience

And you have to learn practical coping skills because life isn’t always pretty….you’ll face tough times, doubts about yourself, your family, friends, and partners.  You have to sift through all of that and discover what’s worth keeping…and what needs to be let go.  Reflecting on your past is great but don’t live in it…
Keep moving forward..reach those goals…find one thing each day to be grateful for because in the end….life is beautiful.
