Seems easy enough right?
How many times have you caught yourself in a lie, or living a life that really is a lie to yourself? You have a job you hate, you think you love someone (or pretend to) when in reality you are screaming inside your head (maybe) that you hate your life.
We are so consumed by our daily stresses that we pretend to love who and what we are. Sure there are those who really do live honestly and have no regrets…how many regrets do you have?
And why do you regret them?
And don’t get me started on relationships. Dating in the 21st Century is difficult. Imagine going on a blind date or any date for that matter because you always want to put your best foot forward. And that’s normal sure…but don’t pretend to be someone you’re not. Don’t start a potential relationship with lies. It will only blow up in your face later…and then there’s marriage or at least staying married (think USA) seems to be even more difficult. How long does the average American marriage last?? My parents will be celebrating their 44th wedding anniversary April 16th. And some people see this as a miracle.
Why should it be?
All I have to say is, work in a job you love, have friends you trust, enjoy life…live honestly.
