I am replacing some of the songs on my IPOD. Picking up my running shoes from UPS tomorrow…don’t know WHY they simply didn’t leave them at my place. I hate running downtown for anything considering the level of idiots who forget how to navigate Saint Louis’ endless system of highways…ok ok ok….off my soapbox….for the moment.
Once I download all the songs, the happier I’ll be when I get out there again later this week. (If the rain lets up)…..

It’s hard to determine what motivates each of us musically, but I have a couple of suggestions. Both songs are off the Rocky IV soundtrack and not nearly as famous as the theme from the original Rocky, but I find they push me through the tough miles. The tracks are ‘War/Fanfare’ and ‘Training Montage’ both by Vince DiCola.
